A 3-RBI performance from catcher Elluin *Engwyn, who won the Sam Gamgee Batter in 2045, led the Lothlorien Lumberjacks to a win over the Dead Marshes Uruk-hai, 4-3. Lothlorien starter Frugorn Tibolt was credited with the win after throwing 93 pitches over 5.2 innings. His record now stands at 2-1. Picking up his 26th save was 20-year old right-handed pitcher Tanseril Gildenguard.

Early in the game, *Engwyn had a 2-run home run for Lothlorien. It was his 20th home run of the season and put the Lumberjacks on top, 2-0.
