The Asgard Vikings stopped the Narnia Badgers, 3-1, at Badgers Ballpark. The Vikings got a big game from Menegilda Notwise, who went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs. The winner was Allyson Mugworts in relief. His record improves to 4-4. Grambub Armcrawler took the loss. Sadewa Dolfenien notched his 16th save in 24 chances.

Asgard used the timely hitting of Fulgor the Ugly to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Vikings on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Notwise.

The 4th-place Vikings sport a record of 58-68.
