*Puttifoot Hurt, Listed DTD by Bounders Thursday, August 8th , 2052 The Bywater Bounders received some welcome news this morning. They will not need to place third baseman Ferdinand *Puttifoot on the injured list. During yesterday's game against the Erebor Eagles, he was injured throwing the ball. The injury, however, is not serious. The Bywater star performer is listed as day-to-day with a mild shoulder strain. To date this season, *Puttifoot is hitting .341 with 17 home runs. |
