Bugsmasher Fashions Shutout Against Weathertop Thursday, September 26th , 2052 The Weathertop Witch Kings were almost helpless in their 6-0 loss to the Minas Morgul Slayers and hurler Snuknogh Bugsmasher. Bugsmasher kept the Witch Kings confused all game, spinning a 2-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Bugsmasher," Weathertop manager Lamli Goldsplitter said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 23-year-old left-hander had 1 walk and 6 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Bugsmasher said.
