Babylon Five Takes League Series in Deciding Game Sunday, September 8th , 2052 With a narrow 3-2 series win, the Babylon Five Rangers have eliminated the New New York Blernsballers and are League Series winners. "We tried not to look ahead to the Championship, but we thought we'd be there for sure," said right fielder Govindagowda Gilmore, who was named series MVP. Babylon Five won the final game by a score of 10-6, wrapping it up at Blernsballers Ballpark. Gilmore's big series saw him hit .333 with a .429 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Babylon Five Rangers will play against the Narnia Badgers in the next round.
