Baseball Club Move on to League Playoffs Friday, April 21st , 2051 The seasons of the Dimrill Dale HS Baseball Club and the Bree HS Diamonds hung in the balance, with a one-game showdown at California Grounds to decide who would play in the League Playoffs. When the game came to an end, it was Dimrill Dale HS making it out of the Division Playoffs, with a 3-2 win, while Bree HS players could not hide the disappointment on their faces. "Celebrating a series win is always exciting, whether it's a one-game playoff or a series that goes the distance," said Vishwanata the Vague, who went 4-for-5 to earn game MVP honors. "The guys in the room are happy with this one." It's now on to the League Playoffs, where the Vague said "expectations will still be sky-high" as the club looks to keep moving forward. The Dimrill Dale HS Baseball Club will play against the Longbottom HS Yeti in the next round. Longbottom HS won their series against the Almaida HS Ghostriders. The League Playoffs schedule will be announced after the Division Playoffs finishes. |
