Both teams had their chances, but the Minas Tirith Titans eventually prevailed at The Eyrie.

Minas Tirith picked up a win at The Eyrie, toppling the Erebor Eagles, 5-4. Pitcher Nrodar the Iron Fist was one of the reasons the Titans triumphed. The Eagles, now 37-43, have lost 4 straight.

Minas Tirith used the timely hitting of Tuzg Throatshaker to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Titans on top, 4-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Erebor manager Gamaund Gaimli. "But we decided not to take it."
