Disaster Get Past Raiders 4-2 to Open Fellowship Series

The Dagorlad Disaster started the Fellowship Series in style today, winning on the road against the Isengard Raiders at Orthanc Stadium by a score of 4-2 to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Disaster right-hander Joop Nasor was named player of the game after he threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball.

In the top of the first, Taleisin Arwaun pounced on a circle change from Meriadoc Fieldtender and hit a 2-run home run. It gave Dagorlad a quick 2-0 lead.

“I like to keep things lively in the clubhouse,” said Arwaun. “Believe me, it’s much easier after a win.”
