Silinsson Hits 2 home runs in Merry Fellows Win
The Old Forest Merry Fellows and Carrock Bears completed their game despite the inclement weather.

Merry Fellows second baseman Debur Silinsson left his imprint on his team's 7-6 win over the Carrock Bears. Silinsson was 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for Old Forest in the contest. Carrock drops to 5-6.

Silinsson had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 1-0 fastball from Christina Jusefsson, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Merry Fellows a 7-5 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Silinsson.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Silinsson said.
