Kalleberg No-Hits Alqualonde Friday, August 5th , 2050 Ordak Kalleberg relied on excellent pitch selection and pinpoint control to hold Alqualonde hitless in a win, 17-0, at Moose Grove. "Nobody goes out to pitch a no-hitter," he said later. "We just go out and try to get a win. A 10-9 win is better than a 1-0 loss. My pitching buddies might not be too happy giving up nine runs but a win is a win. The key to it today was I mixed my pitches well. I kept the Oaks off balance and guessing the whole game." The 18-year-old starter rung up 15 strikeouts and 4 walks in whipping the Oaks. "When a guy is throwing strikes the way he was and is locating well, it is going to be a long day for any club," Alqualonde skipper Tarbag the Massive said.
