Angmar's the One-Eyed to Miss Season Monday, August 2nd , 2049 The doctors have spoken and Zugbub the One-Eyed of the Angmar Railhawks didn't like what he heard. The 20-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. the One-Eyed sustained his season-ending injury during the Dale Generals game yesterday at Railhawks Grove. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Angmar medical staff reported the One-Eyed had a damaged elbow ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 13 months. the One-Eyed has taken the mound for 9 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 2-0 record with a 0.53 ERA. The Angmar reliever has limited opposing batters to a .155 batting average. |
