That's exactly what Hildigard Middlebrook did at California Grounds, going deep three times and carrying his team to victory, 11-4. "It all came together. The Staddle College Bohemians first baseman blistered the Swanhaven College Mastodons for 3 hits, batted in 5 runs and scored 4 times. "It ain't like we weren't trying," Swanhaven College manager Vortai Glóthien said. "He was hot and really torched my boys today." Hildigard Middlebrook walked in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Smugguk Nosebasher in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Gugbuh Tombhammer in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Gugbuh Tombhammer in the 8th.
