Vandals the Atrocious Booms 3 HRs Friday, April 15th , 2050 Romenna JC Vandals center fielder Skukpug the Atrocious left the Chetwood JC pitching staff in ruins at California Grounds, beating the Lightning, 12-6, with a prodigious three-home run performance. "The last one was totally unexpected," the Atrocious told reporters at the press conference following his big game. "I just wanted to make good contact, never thinking I would get a home run, and bang, I got number three." For the game, the Romenna JC center fielder had 3 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 4 and scored 3 runs. Skukpug the Atrocious grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Prisca the Incredible in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Tobi Pennypacker in the 5th, struck out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off James Bunce in the 8th. Hitting .366 to date, the Atrocious has 5 home runs and 25 RBIs. He has played in 35 games. |
