Gidush Rips Dark Forest for 5 Hits

Ancient Realms defeated Dark Forest at REX Stadium. The star of the game for the REX was center fielder Duzg Gidush. His hitting heroics included a 5-for-6 day, paving the way for Ancient Realms's 16-3 triumph over the Hoots. Duzg Gidush singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off May Brown in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 7th.

Edoras Loses Razhden Bunce

When Edoras starting pitcher Razhden Bunce was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Paints-Pistol Shrimp game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Bunce had sustained a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 10-11 months.

Blast Off! 3 HR for Gnomebasher

In a powerful performance that left the fans at Dans Stadium buzzing, Danfoot Dans center fielder Throgug Gnomebasher blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 6-5, over the Dark Forest Hoots.
"Everything was clicking," Gnomebasher told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them."
Gnomebasher shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
"It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Dans manager Nim Earthhead said. "Throgug played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
Throgug Gnomebasher hit a solo-shot off Betsy Poolslinger in the 1st, grounded out in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Merodriel Meirityn in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Culiathion Elrudoc in the 8th.
