DL's Top Player for 2051 Named

The future looks extremely bright for Gollalf Silverskull. At the age of 20, many players are still trying to find their way in SGCBL Draft League.
Silverskull has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the SGCBL Draft League Most Valuable Player.
"I didn't expect to hit .337 this year, that's for sure," the first baseman said.
The Khazad Dum Miners star also put up a .531 on-base percentage this year, with 35 hits, 1 double, no triples, 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
He received 6 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ijo Baneguard of the Mordor Monsters finished second in voting, while Kakuzo Fitts of the Lorien Tree Wardens finished third.

Khazad Dum Crowned Champions

Out of many, one. Khazad Dum has emerged from a crowded field of competitors as champion of the 2051 SGCBL Draft League, topping Mordor in the final game by a score of 2-1.
"I'm proud of everyone who wore the uniform for Khazad Dum," said manager Gleogwyn Imreawyn. "They all share in the credit for this win."
