Ah… okay…..

Apparently I was completely WRONG on my timeframe for guest blogging. I have to admit, I didn’t read the fine print in the contract I signed with Solonor. Maybe I signed on for life, I’m really not sure. (Doesn’t that scare ya to death!)

So what are we gonna review today? Let’s talk parenting…. After all, Solonor is a parent, and I’m a parent… and well, I’m feeling OVERWHELMED with the whole context of parenting…. so let’s review it.

Let’s start with boy children….. I have one of those. He’s the easiest thing in my life. If you take away the fact that he’s dyslexic and I’ve spent the last three years fighting the school corp over that fact. Oh, and we can’t forget that he’s tiny for his age, (nearly nine and 40lbs) thus requiring many many medical treatments/facilities. Well, don’t forget that by nature, he has this unexplainable fasination of bringing live animals INSIDE my house… but yeah, he’s easy.

Next, let’s review girl children….. I have one of those too. She’s a pain in the ass, like all girl children can be. Well, except when she crawls into my bed at 5:30am and snuggles up to me and says “I just missed you, Mommy.” Oh, and then there are the times she’s thrilling around the room in her “pretty dresses” asking if she will EVER be as pretty as me. And we can’t forget when she comes over with the Pledge and dust rag in hand and ASKS to clean the house… but yeah, she’s a pain in the ass.
