Computer Stupidities

Computer Stupidities is a site that has collected and categorized such winning episodes as:

Customer: “Do I need a computer to use your software?”

AND

Customer: There are smoke and flames coming from my computer.
Tech Support: Uh, hang up, unplug the computer from the wall, and call the local fire department.
Customer: That’s not the problem. I need to know how to do a backup. Fastest possible method.

AND

Customer: How do I print my voicemail?

I just want to know when they started tapping my phone…

    My Honey was just telling me about a call he got yesterday. He does tech support, and a woman called in to say her husband screwed something up when trying to get their email. When he asked what screen they were at, she told him they kept getting the clitoral/alt/delete message. How he managed to NOT bust up, while verifying that she truly meant CONTROL Alt Delete, I don’t know.
