Cost/Benefit Analysis

Is it just me, or is the reward at the end of crawling out of your nice, warm bed, strapping yourself into a vehicle that costs you an ever-increasing sum of money to operate and fighting your way through insane traffic armed with only a lukewarm caffeinated beverage and Public Radio (i.e., making it to work semi-alive) not worth it?

At least there was a cool story on Neil Innes today. I guess that’s something.

i always feel badly when your posts have no comments.

    so i’m commenting filler.

you know, i really dig the flash-over buttons on the Innes site. it’s so…1995 in design, but fun in a retro kind of way.

oh, i was supposed to be looking at content? sorry. i’m easily distracted by the pretty pre–hey, what’s that…

There’s not much better than an interview with Neil Innes, ya know. I was already sitting at the office when I heard it, which means I’ll have to hit the NPR site to actually listen to it.

“How sweet to be an idiot…” I’m gonna sing that song on stage one day…

I personally am intrigued by the “rolling out of a warm bed” comment, myself…

Exactly how cold is it there? Can we talk? 🙂

It was fricking freezing down here last week! It got way down into the 40’s! THE 40’s!!

Of course, it’s been in the low 80’s the last few days…
