There’s a story in Newsday about the Denial of Service attack that prevented you from accessing my site earlier in the week. Hopefully, all will be well from now on. Going without Tolkien Baseball for more than an hour or two makes us cranky. Anything more than that, and I know some wittle terrorists who are going to have the unique pleasure of Sgt. Grump’s foot up their ass.
Oh, yeah, I think it might have affected a couple other sites, too.
Nobody of consequence, I’m sure.
Yeah, that was annoying. My site was down along with several others. The Gamer’s Nook was up, though. So it wasn’t a total loss.
Hey! I can see you! Well, not you, per se, but your site.
Sorry you had some problems with outage from an attack. But I’m sorry, when I read this: “There were stories going on we needed to report and we couldn’t do anything.” – I immediately went to that person’s site – and my first thought was – DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR? I mean, please. Humanity isn’t going to suffer a great loss because someone’s personal site they use as a soap box for regurgitating news goes down for a couple of hours. (Can you see me rolling my eyes?)
