This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

Sigh. You know you’ve been cured of your blogging bug when you can’t even muster up the desire to write about your opening night adventure for The Dark Knight.

Yes, us old farts actually went to the 12:01AM showing late last Thursday/early Friday. It was chaos. My younger self would have been fine with the whole scurrying from theater to theater trying to find some seats together. My current grumpy old man self would have been fine with waiting until this week to see it.

And that, my friends, tells you everything you need to know about the state of affairs. I’m old. Thus, no enthusiasm for blogging or music or writing or nuthin’.

Then, again, maybe I just need more coffee. Because the movie? It was pretty fricking awesome!!

I’m with ya, chum. It’s difficult to get too excited to do anything lately. ‘course, it’s frickin hot here all the time now, which is what you guys deal with year round. I don’t get how you deal with this heat all the time. Yuck.

Glad you got to see the movie, and it was good as expected. I may go next week. Or the week after. Who knows. I still haven’t seen Indy yet, or the Hulk. (I did see Iron Man, at least!)
