Chapter One published

Now you know why I never started this stupid thing! Argh!! Two days with tons of time to write, and all I get out is THIS. I like it and all, but I’ll never make 50,000 words at this pace….sigh…

    I’m trying to get as much done up front, since we’ll be in Florida for five days at the end of the month, plus I lose a night to a Peter Gabriel concert.

    Odds aren’t good I’ll finish on time, but I will finish it, even if it’s five days late (or more, depending on how far from the actual end of the story I am at that point).

    5598 words on my end.

    oh, i am so relating to you right now! day four, and am still at a measly 1,332 words. in order to get this 50,000 words done, one would have to write 1,667 words/day. BAAAAAAH!
