Thank the Lord we live in Florida where those ugly periodical cicadas do not tread. Considering all the other poisonous bugs and snakes we have around here, it’s a miracle.
If you are willing to work off your stay, you can come down to our place to hide out until the swarms pass over your unfortunate state. Of course, by the time you get back home, there may be nothing left after these demon insects descend upon your house and eat your cat.
