Just got a call from the hospital. Whiny’s on his second liter of saline (He had an IV? Ick! I’m gonna faint…), and they are waiting on the results of his strep test. Don’t think they’ll keep him overnight.

Hey, I hope his Whiny-ness is better soon. And I can imagine his horror at the thought of his dear old Dad taking him anywhere that involves needles… That alone would make a kid sick!
Mrs.Raserth was definetely the better choice there, my friend. Hope to see that he’s home soon, but I’m sure he will be. They ain’t too fond of black in hospitals…

Ack! IV’s are nasty. But they’ll fix up a dehydrated being faster than anything. And good that they are checking him carefully – good doc in a box for calling that one.
