Today was an adventure. My work PC went *poof*. Literally. I’ve never heard a PC go *poof* like in a cartoon. The power supply zapped the whole thing as it was booting up. Fried the motherboard and trashed the hard drive.
Good thing I don’t do anything productive on that PC…
i’m guessing you didn’t get the memo. it is karmic retribution week for evil twins the world over. falling right in line, my power supply is doing evil things, too. i didn’t get a nifty *poof* sound, though. (see how lucky you are?)
*sniffle* that’s just so sad. i hope you gave it a proper burial.

Was there also the equally cartoonish mini-mushroom cloud eminating from the back? Most poof sounds come with mushroom clouds you know…
