OK, this will be my last hurricane post (at least until next week).
Can anyone get an update on how these folks fared? Because if one more of these things is coming, I’m gonna be digging up the back yard soon, too.

I know, no more hurricane posts until next week. I am so burnt out on weather.
That is a smashing idea although I would have gone for a much larger Uhaul so that we could fit everyone and the cats down in there. I think in those close quarters, I’d kill people.
You could not pay me enough to get me in an underground UHaul the size of a double bed. I’d rather blow away in the hurricane!
Speaking of hurricanes, are you starting to feel a bit like Bill Murray in Groundhogs Day? Every day you wake up and there’s a hurricane coming!

Does it also act as a floatation device? Clever idea yes, but I’d be more than a little concerned about flooding. Hope he’s got a big ol sump pump down there too.
