Thanks RIAA. Love ya. Mean it.

According to Red Hat, there’s a security flaw in their Linux kernel. But, thanks to the RIAA and their draconian DMCA, you can’t see how it’s fixed.

The problem is that the technical details of the fix are on a European website (http://www.thefreeworld.net/), and they don’t want to open themselves up to lawsuits by showing this stuff to Americans. So, when you click on the link for reference information at Red Hat’s solution page, you see THIS.

So much for open source…
