Our first one comes from Domino the Cleric, who wonders where in Hades I dug up the history of a bad, live country music show that featured local yokels (some good, some not so) and was only seen in Maine and eastern Canada.
“OK here’s a challenge, find a link to an Eddy Driscol [sp?] career retrospective and filmography. Does anyone remember Dialing for Dollars?”

Whiny and I finished putting together a demon-spawned cabinet for all our scattered video tapes, DVD’s and PlayStation games. It was so much fun to put together, I almost hacked it into firewood by the time we finished. On top of that, the box it came in was ant-infested (those teeny, tiny ones). Whiny says they were actually summoned by the demon cabinet to do its bidding. “They were ants…once…but they dug too deep…”
Thankfully, it’s over now and Pepperkat is putting all our Blackadder, Monty Python and Prisoner tapes in sequential order. I expect to see them all mixed up in the morning…or one of the cats gone missing…Fear the cabinet…run away!

Pepperkat, the Mrs., and I went to see My Big Fat Greek Wedding last night. Very funny. Very cute. Not much for the brain to do, but not entirely vapid. It’s got a good beat, and you can dance to it…wait…wrong review…um, no, actually that works here too. It just takes the concept that we all are embarrassed by/are stuck with our families and blows it up to ludicrous proportions.

I realize it’s a little late to review Eminem’s latest spewage, but forgive me. I’m an old white guy who “still listens to Elvis”. But I am also an old white guy that can’t stand morons that spout off against stuff they’ve never listened to or read. Okay, so maybe that’s me too (FearDotCom), but I try to make sure I actually read The Catcher in the Rye before trying to ban it!
