The 2048 Home Run Challenge riveted the crowd at Dagorlad Memorial Stadium. This time, Curt Dryadslicer took home the championship hardware. In the final round, the Dagorlad Disaster right fielder out-performed Ugak *the Masher by a score of 7-6.
“Ugak is a gifted hitter,” said Dryadslicer. “I knew I’d need my best effort to beat him.”
In his 1514-game career Dryadslicer is hitting .232 with 1179 hits, 222 doubles, 11 triples and 346 home runs. He has scored 811 runs and driven in 888.
