Proving the old adage that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, the Bears announced today the acquisition of 22-year old minor league LF Prisca Greenthumb from the Chiba City Neuromancers in exchange for 37-year old 3B Voilin MacIsaac and 26-year old RF Morgwais Teshurr. “This isn’t the deal of the century,” acknowledged the Bears, “but we think it will improve the direction of both teams.”
Carrock will retain a portion of MacIsaac’s remaining contract.
