Road Win Lifts Lake Town to 3-2 Lead in Series

Game 5 was big. So was Smabnag Fingertorturer.

The Lake Town starter rose to the occasion at Khazad-dum Stadium, leading the Archers to a crucial 7-1 victory over the Moria Miners. Fingertorturer threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball as the Archers won on the road to seize a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 Fellowship Series.

Fingertorturer was dominant for Lake Town. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits, while racking up 8 strikeouts. He threw 90 pitches over 7 innings in the contest.

Fingertorturer called the win “a lesson in teamwork.”

The next game is set to be played for Sunday, October 16th , 2050 at Lake Town Park.
