Proving the old adage that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, the Merry Fellows announced today the acquisition of 33-year old RF Foifur Lomymbor from the Neverland Lost Boys in exchange for 24-year old minor league RF Ruby Notwise, 20-year old minor league RHP Tesfaye Donethir, 24-year old minor league LHP Bradmuk Gnollscarer, 22-year old minor league RHP Wei-hong Girk, 19-year old minor league LF Nifur Mithrilhammer, 24-year old minor league RHP Pimpernel Bramblebush, and $30,000,000 in cash. “This isn’t the deal of the century,” acknowledged the Merry Fellows, “but we think it will improve the direction of both teams.”
Neverland will retain a portion of Lomymbor’s remaining contract.
