What a way to finish off the year — being honored with the 2049 Sam Gamgee Batter in the Mordor Conference. It had already been a very special season for Dead Marshes’s Ugak *the Masher, but today’s announcement really put the icing on his cake.
All season long Ugak *the Masher gave opposing pitchers fits by hitting .391 as he collected 223 hits, 34 doubles, 3 triples, 38 home runs and 108 RBIs.
Elluin *Engwyn of the Lothlorien Lumberjacks finished second in voting, while Joel Elvàviel of the Dead Marshes Uruk-hai finished third.
