In the last year of his deal with Dunharrow, Pil-joong Corcorane has created some waves by winning May’s Mordor Conference Batter of the Month title today.
He put up a solid .309 batting average with 10 home runs, 26 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He also worked MC pitchers for 28 walks and a .463 on-base percentage.
If he keeps churning out numbers like these, the 35-year-old is sure to draw some attention when contract time rolls around.
So far this season, Corcorane has put up a .290 batting average with 49 hits, 11 home runs and 34 RBIs.
