Proving the old adage that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, the Royals announced today the acquisition of 23-year old LF Rudibert Longstrider from the Lond Daer Warriors in exchange for 35-year old 2B Kiyuigh Ulondarr, 23-year old minor league CF Ilia the Flatulent, and $12,050,000 in cash. “This isn’t the deal of the century,” acknowledged the Royals, “but we think it will improve the direction of both teams.”
