Bofur Ogrestomper reached the 2500-hit milestone this afternoon at Khazad-dum Stadium. The 39-year-old Darkwings second baseman went 2-for-5 in a losing effort in the Ravenhill 6-3 defeat at the hands of the Moria Miners.
For his career, Ogrestomper has hit at a .287 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 2501 hits, 463 doubles, 76 triples, 42 home runs and 609 RBIs.
