The 2048 Shire Conference Frodo Rookie Award has gone to Sam *Oakenstaff of the Carrock Bears.
In his debut season he hit .281, drove in 118 runs and scored 80 times, while playing in 152 games. The 21-year-old newcomer also had 17 doubles, 1 triple and 43 home runs.
Tillmam Elrarathien of the Carrock Bears finished second in voting, while Nylaathria of the Lake of the Mirkwood Sylvan finished third.
