What a way to finish off the year — being honored with the 2048 Sam Gamgee Batter in the Mordor Conference. It had already been a very special season for Dead Marshes’s Ugak *the Masher, but today’s announcement really put the icing on his cake.
All season long Ugak *the Masher gave opposing pitchers fits by hitting .366 as he collected 204 hits, 29 doubles, 2 triples, 44 home runs and 120 RBIs.
Elluin *Engwyn of the Lothlorien Lumberjacks finished second in voting, while Forerunner *Baggins of the Ravenhill Darkwings finished third.
