In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Rivendell Royals and the Dunharrow Devils have agreed to a deal that will have 28-year old CF Vassily Goldilocks heading to Dunharrow in exchange for 32-year old RHP Bolgag Ogredragger. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow’s games.
This year Goldilocks has collected a .197 batting average to date with 31 hits in 157 at-bats, 18 RBIs, 3 home runs and scored 25 times. He has played in 53 games.
To this point in the season, Ogredragger has rung up no saves in 30 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 4.94 ERA, 1 win and 4 losses and 30 strikeouts in 27.1 innings.
