The top rookie in the Mordor Conference was Dead Marshes left fielder Hulya Manita. She impressed voters so much that they named her the 2048 Frodo Rookie Award recipient.
Manita put up some pretty fair numbers, including a .259 batting average and .349 on-base percentage, while racking up 25 home runs, 87 RBIs and 61 runs scored.
Xhalh Dridersmasher of the Weathertop Witch Kings finished second in voting, while Glukduh Daggerprodder of the Ravenhill Darkwings finished third.
