Veteran shortstop Nickolas Aabø put the finishing touches on a deal with the Miners today, agreeing to a $16,400,000, 2-year pact.
Fans were generally receptive to the deal.
Over his career Aabø is batting .229 with 185 home runs and 622 RBIs. In 1209 games he has delivered 982 hits, scored 586 runs, stolen 21 bases and gotten on base at a .314 clip.
