One of the league’s most exciting young players, Zurthug the Masher of the Minas Ithil Wyrms earned himself Shire Conference Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week’s games.
For the week the 25-year-old first baseman had a lofty .391 average (9-for-23), collecting 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored.
So far this season the Masher has hit .281 with 11 home runs, 22 RBIs and scored 23 times.
