Bucklebury’s Elassidil Sidelined for Season

Tuesday, August 3rd , 2049
When Bucklebury shortstop Alok Elassidil was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Fairies-Miners game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Elassidil had sustained a torn anterior cruciate ligament and will be out for about 8 months.

Elassidil is presently hitting at a .260 pace with 20 home runs, 48 RBIs and has scored 47 times.
