Proving the old adage that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, the Bears announced today the acquisition of 24-year old minor league RF May Fleam from the Chiba City Neuromancers in exchange for 25-year old RHP Chomylla Arwidur. “This isn’t the deal of the century,” acknowledged the Bears, “but we think it will improve the direction of both teams.”
In her lifetime numbers Arwidur has a 7-15 won-lost record with a 4.35 ERA.
