The Dagorlad Disaster and their fans were rocked today by the news that star reliever Nim Fieldtender would miss the rest of the season due to injury. Fieldtender was hurt in a recent game against the Weathertop Witch Kings while throwing a pitch. He was immediately removed from the game and taken for examination. Tests today revealed the injury was a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. His doctors think that Fieldtender will miss about 10-11 months.
