To survive in the bigs, you’ve got to be a scrapper like Elluin *Engwyn. It never pays to take a day off from the batting cages or to shrug off the advice of the hitting coach. It all paid off today as Lothlorien’s second baseman pinned down the Mordor Conference Batter of the Month trophy today.
He hit .400 in May collecting 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
This year, *Engwyn is hitting .342 with 16 home runs and 41 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .395 clip and scored 39 runs.
