In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Old Forest Merry Fellows and the Dol Guldur Dragons have agreed to a deal that will have 28-year old 2B Políbio the Seer, 19-year old minor league CF Hildibrand Zooty, 28-year old LHP Ecaeris Belondir, and $10,000,000 in cash heading to Dol Guldur in exchange for 24-year old minor league 3B Belegond Lucier and 28-year old RHP Xu-gang Sharmistha. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow’s games.
Old Forest will retain a portion of the Seer’s remaining contract.
Thus far this year, the Seer is batting .223 with 5 home runs, 28 RBIs and 33 runs scored.
This season, Lucier is batting .250 with 2 home runs.
