Game 4 went into extra frames and the Forgotten Realms Kobolds emerged victorious, taking a 10-inning, walk-off win by the final score of 7-6. Forgotten Realms first baseman Dae-ki Astley was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once in the win at Ballpark of Forgotten Realms today to drag the Kobolds back to parity. The clubs are now tied 2-2 in the best-of-7 series.
The game came to an abrupt end with one out in the bottom of the tenth. On a pitch from Dae-yun Facedragger, Gandeaden Elreodriel hit a solo home run. It gave Forgotten Realms the 7-6 win.
“It’s a thrill to get that kind of win,” Elreodriel said.
