Erebor Eagles fans had reason to rejoice tonight, as the team is heading to the Tolkien Baseball playoffs.
With a record of 94-61, Erebor is guaranteed a spot in the postseason, although it remains to be officially decided whether or not that’s as Shire Conference Hobbit Division champions or in a wild card position.
“We have fantastic fans and it feels good to give them something to cheer about,” said closer Hsin-ping Sandybanks. “Hopefully there’s a lot more celebrating to come.”
