After their 7-0 win today at The Eyrie over the Old Forest Merry Fellows, the Erebor Eagles will advance to the Fellowship Series. Erebor won the series by a 2-1 margin.
Leading the way for the Eagles was right fielder Faramir Guschin, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.
“I don’t play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game,” he said. “It’s certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can’t let it get to your head and change your focus.”
The Erebor Eagles will play against the Minas Tirith Titans in the next round. Minas Tirith had a bye in the Hobbit Series. The Fellowship Series schedule will be announced after the Hobbit Series finishes.
