The Erebor Eagles topped the Minas Tirith Titans by the score of 3-1 and moved into a 2-2 tie in the Fellowship Series today. The largest share of the credit belongs to Erebor starter Tevrat Bonedragger, who threw 5.1 innings of shutout ball in the win.
In the bottom of the first, Erebor designated hitter Daol Gorbatovsky had a productive at-bat. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and no one out, Gorbatovsky stroked a 2-run double to left-center. It made the score 2-0, Erebor. For the game, he went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.
“I like seeing our guys get a return on what they’ve put in,” said Erebor manager Lumja Grelf.
